Case Study

CSOS: Inaugural CSOS Indaba

The Community Schemes Ombud Service held its first Indaba in August 2023. LED screens behind the stage carried the slides and the speakers, with panels on the stage in front of them.

A camera operator filmed the speakers, and a digital desk mixed every microphone. Breakaway rooms ran at the same time. CSOS brought us back for their second Indaba in 2024.
