When should we book for a year-end function?

As early as you can. Year-end season is our busiest time of the year, so book as soon as you have a date.

Can you do the DJ and the sound?

Yes. Our DJs come with sound and lights, and we bring the mics for the speeches.

Can you play our year-in-review video?

Yes. Send it before the night and we'll play it on an LED wall or a screen.

Can you do awards at the function?

Yes. We add a small stage, walk-up music and lighting for the awards, then switch to the dance floor.

How much does a year-end function cost?

It depends on the venue, the guest count and how much light, sound and screen you want. Send us those and we'll quote with the full kit list.

Do you travel to events?

Yes. We go where the event is, and for big jobs we'll go anywhere.
