It depends on the size of the wall, how many days you need it and what it has to show. Send us the venue, the date and the guest count, and we'll send a quote with the full kit list.

How big can the LED wall be?

LED walls are built from panels, so we size the wall to your stage, your room and your budget. Send us the venue and the guest count and we'll suggest a size.

Do you supply someone to run it?

Yes. A technician sets up the wall, runs your content and stays for the whole event.

Can you show our slides and videos?

Yes. Send your slides and videos before the event and we'll load and test them on the wall.

Should we use an LED wall or a projector?

An LED wall stays bright in a lit room and suits bigger stages. Projectors and screens work well for smaller rooms and training sessions. We hire out both.

Do you hire out TV screens?

Yes. We have 65-inch TVs on truss stands for side screens, breakaway rooms and stage monitors.
