    Washes in your colours, and light on the tables and the stage.

    A stage with an LED wall for your branding, the speeches and video.

  • Sound

    Clear speeches, music for dinner, and a system for the dance floor.

  • DJ or live band

    A DJ with sound and lights, or sound and mixing for your band.

    Cold sparks or confetti for an opening, a reveal or the last song.

Good to know

What does a gala dinner need?

Lighting for the room and the stage, clear sound for the speeches, a screen for your branding and videos, and a DJ or band for the dance floor. Tell us the venue and the guest count and we'll put it together.

Can you light the room in our colours?

Yes. We light the room, the tables and the stage in your brand colours, as we did in Haleon green and Sorbet pink.

Can you do the DJ too?

Yes. Our DJs come with sound and lights, so one crew runs dinner, the speeches and the dance floor.

Can you add cold sparks or confetti?

Yes. We've used cold sparks and confetti for openings, reveals and finales. Tell us the venue first, because some venues have rules about effects.

How early do you set up?

We build before your guests arrive. Bigger rigs often go in the day before, as we did for BSides 2025. We'll agree times with your venue.

How much does a gala dinner cost?

It depends on the venue, the guest count and how much light, sound and screen you want. Send us those and we'll quote with the full kit list.

Do you travel to events?

Yes. We go where the event is, and for big jobs we'll go anywhere.
