What You Need

    LED walls for big or bright rooms, or projectors and screens for smaller ones.

    A raised stage so the back rows can see, with a lectern and a confidence monitor.

Good to know

What AV does a conference need?

Most conferences need clear sound with wireless mics, screens for the slides, light on the stage and a technician to run it. Bigger ones add cameras, live streaming and breakaway rooms. Tell us the room and the guest count and we'll put the kit list together.

Should we use LED screens or projectors?

An LED wall stays bright in a lit room and suits bigger stages. Projectors and screens work well for smaller rooms and training sessions. We hire out both.

Can you film or stream the conference?

Yes. We film the talks, can put the speaker on the big screen, and can record or stream every session live.

Do you set up breakaway rooms?

Yes. Each breakaway room can have its own screen, sound and microphones.

Do you stay for the whole conference?

Yes. A technician runs the slides, sound and video for every session and stays until the last one ends.

How much does conference AV cost?

It depends on the room, the number of days, the guest count and what you need on screen. Send us those and we'll quote with the full kit list.

Do you travel to events?

Yes. We go where the event is, and for big jobs we'll go anywhere.
