The short answer
Tell us the date, the venue, the guest count and what you need. We send a quote with the full kit list. On the day, our crew sets up and tests everything before your doors open, a technician runs it for the whole event, and we pack down after.
1. Tell us about it
Send us the date, the venue, the guest count and what you need. A rough idea is fine. The more we know about the room and the programme, the closer the quote.
- The date, and the start and end times
- The venue and the room
- The guest count and the layout
- The programme, even a rough one
- What you want: screens, sound, lights, a stage, a DJ, streaming
- Your budget range, if you have one, so we can suggest the right kit
2. Get a quote
We send a quote with the full kit list, so you can see what you're paying for.
3. We set up
Our crew loads in and tests every screen, speaker and light before your doors open. Big rigs often go in the day before, as they did for BSides 2025. Small ones go in on the morning. We agree the times with your venue.
4. We run the show
Our technicians run the sound, screens and lights for the whole event, then we pack down. You look after your guests. We look after the tech.
We run the tech, not the event
Sound Ninja is an event technology hire company, not an event organiser. We work for event organisers, venues, marketing teams and companies running their own events. You, your team or your event planner run the event. We run the tech.
What helps on the day
- A contact person at the venue for the load-in
- Access for our vehicles close to the room
- Power near the stage, or a note if there isn't any
- Slides and videos the day before
- A run of show, even a rough one
Planning an event? Tell us the date, the venue and the guest count, and we'll quote with the full kit list.
